Please come washed and blown out unless you have booked or added a wash on service. ✨ LOCATION DETAILS • All clients must check in with security at front desk when you arrive. I am located on the 17th floor. •If exiting from elevator with glass please go right. •If exiting from interior please go left. Look for VIP access door. I’ll be on the first right. ✨ BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY • A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • Your deposit goes toward your service total. • NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT. • Once the deposit is received, your appointment will be confirmed. • Remainder can be paid via Apple Pay, (972-399-6518 ) Cash , Cash App or Tap. ✨ WIGS / CLOSURES / FRONTALS • All wigs, closures, and frontals must be dropped off at least 48 hours prior to your appointment for customization. • Failure to drop off hair on time will result in appointment cancellation. • Same-day appointments (if available) that include a wig, closure, or frontal will incur an additional $50 same-day customization fee. ✨ TOUCH-UPS • No deposit required for touch-up appointments. ✨ APPOINTMENT POLICIES • No extra guests allowed. • After 20mins late $15 late fee apply. 30+min late appointment will be cancelled. • Parents are welcomed to sit with minors • Please wear a mask. ✨ LACE RECOMMENDATIONS • For best results, HD lace or transparent lace is highly recommended. • Amazon wigs are perfectly fine! • Text me if you’d like links to recommended Amazon wigs. ⚠️ CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. I understand that things come up—communication is key. Failure to communicate within 24 hours will result in being blocked from future bookings.
